Reservation & Cancellation Policy *

I understand and agree that a 30% non-refundable reservation deposit is required to reserve my cleaning appointment. The deposit will be applied toward the total cost of my cleaning service. If I need to reschedule, I must notify IT SMELLS CLEAN LLC at least 24 hours before my scheduled appointment for the deposit to be transferred to a new available service date. Cancellations and rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
