When you request an estimate or contact us, our forms may ask for your name, email address, phone number, location or city, type of space, size, preferred date, cleaning needs, and any details you choose to include. If you submit a review, we also receive your rating, comments, and the publication permission you select. Please avoid sending sensitive information that is not needed to discuss cleaning services.
How we use the information
We use form information to answer your message, prepare and follow up on estimates, discuss scheduling and cleaning services, and keep business records related to your request. A submitted estimate form does not confirm a price or appointment. We do not publish your contact details. A review may be displayed on the website only if you give permission for publication; we may contact you to verify or clarify it before posting.
Email and service providers
Form submissions are delivered to our business email. Eilen Romero, the owner, is the person who reviews customer inquiries in that mailbox. Our website hosting, form, and email providers may process information as needed to operate the site and deliver messages. We do not sell information submitted through our forms.
How long we keep it
Messages received through the forms remain in the business email account while needed for inquiries, estimates, service records, or applicable obligations. We have not yet adopted a fixed deletion schedule. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information you submitted by emailing us; we will review your request and may need to retain certain records where required for legitimate business or legal reasons.
Website technology and external content
The website and its service providers may use technical information such as IP address, browser details, and essential cookies for site operation, security, and spam prevention. Online reservation payments
Online reservation payments are processed through Stripe. Stripe may process payment details, billing and contact information, transaction information, and technical information needed to complete payments and help prevent fraud. We receive information needed to identify and manage the payment, such as the payment status and amount. Please do not send full card numbers or security codes through our contact forms or email.
