What’s Included?
Important service boundaries: Interior window glass only; window sills, tracks and frames are not cleaned. Cabinet and drawer interiors are cleaned only if completely empty and only when listed in this service. We do not wash dirty walls or remove wall stains. Your written estimate confirms the agreed tasks and any optional extras.
We agree on a property-specific turnover checklist, timing and access before service. The standard scope focuses on guest-facing rooms and accessible surfaces.
Bedrooms, Living & Dining Areas
- Dust, clean and disinfect appropriate surfaces, tables and furniture
- Clean mirrors and interior window glass
- Change bed linens using clean linens available at the property
- Basic tidying and organization of bedrooms, living and dining areas
- Vacuum and mop floors
Kitchen
- Clean and disinfect countertops, sink, faucet and suitable kitchen surfaces
- Clean appliance exteriors and accessible interiors, including the refrigerator (inside and outside), microwave and toaster (crumb tray and accessible surfaces)
- Wipe inside emptied, accessible kitchen cabinets and drawers
- Clean accessible backsplash and floors
- Check visible condition and report concerns when arranged
Bathrooms
- Clean and disinfect the toilet, sink, shower, bathtub, fixtures and suitable bathroom surfaces
- Clean mirrors and interior window glass
- Basic tidying and organization of the bathroom
- Vacuum and mop floors
- Empty bathroom trash bins
Finishing Touches & Supplies
- Empty trash bins and replace liners when supplied
- Restock available toilet paper, soap and other agreed guest supplies kept on site
- Basic tidying and organization of accessible rooms and common areas
- Clean interior window glass in the included rooms
- Leave agreed spaces clean, orderly and ready for the next guests
What’s Not Automatically Included?
Laundry service (washing, drying and folding), washing dishes, cleaning inside the oven, purchasing supplies, inventory management, intensive grease removal and specialty stain treatment require advance agreement and may cost extra. Changing bed linens, restocking supplies already available on site, basic tidying, interior window cleaning and ordinary trash removal are included. Routine interior and exterior cleaning of the refrigerator, interior cleaning of the microwave and accessible toaster parts, and cleaning inside completely empty accessible cabinets is included in the agreed Airbnb turnover scope.
The written estimate determines the final scope. Work is limited to safely accessible areas. Hazardous materials, pest remediation, high-access exterior work and specialty restoration are outside standard service.
Customize Your Cleaning
For Airbnb turnover, cleaning the refrigerator inside and outside, the inside of the microwave, accessible toaster parts and the inside of completely empty kitchen cabinets is already included in the agreed service. Separately quoted extras may include cleaning inside the oven, washing dishes, laundry service, purchasing supplies and work beyond the agreed turnover checklist. Changing bed linens, restocking available supplies, basic tidying and cleaning interior windows are included. These are optional additions to professional cleaning, not standalone housekeeping.
Common Questions
Are linen changes and restocking included?
Yes. We change bed linens using clean linens available at the property and restock guest supplies already in stock as part of the turnover service. Purchasing supplies and washing laundry are separate services. Interior and exterior cleaning of the refrigerator, interior cleaning of the microwave, accessible toaster parts and completely empty, accessible cabinet interiors is included in the Airbnb turnover checklist.
What if the property condition differs from the description?
We will explain any necessary scope or price change and request approval before proceeding. If we cannot agree on a revised scope, the service will not proceed.
