A detailed cleaning for an empty or nearly empty office, studio or other commercial workspace before opening or after vacating.
What’s Included?
Important service boundaries: Interior window glass only; window sills, tracks and frames are not cleaned. Cabinet and drawer interiors are cleaned only if completely empty and only when listed in this service. We do not wash dirty walls or remove wall stains. Your written estimate confirms the agreed tasks and any optional extras.
Cleaning is tailored to your space and confirmed in your written estimate. Working electricity and running water are required.
Work Areas & Reception
- Clean and disinfect suitable reachable surfaces
- Clean reachable doors, trim, fixtures and baseboards
- Clean interior window glass only, not sills, tracks or frames
- Vacuum and mop accessible floors
Break Rooms
- Clean counters, sinks and appropriate surfaces
- Clean refrigerator, microwave and oven inside and outside where present and accessible
- Clean cabinet and drawer exteriors; interiors only when completely empty
- Clean accessible floors
Restrooms
- Clean and disinfect toilets, sinks, faucets and appropriate bathroom surfaces
- Clean mirrors and reachable fixtures
- Clean cabinet interiors only if completely empty
- Clean accessible floors
Shared Spaces
- Clean reachable handrails, doors and surfaces
- Dust accessible ceiling fans and fixtures
- Vacuum and mop accessible floors
- Remove ordinary bagged trash
Not Included & Optional Requests
We do not wash dirty walls, remove wall stains, clean window sills or tracks, or clean inside cabinets containing belongings. Moving furniture, hauling bulky waste, high-access cleaning, specialty floor restoration, construction residue and hazardous or medical waste are not included. Tell us if you have additional cleaning needs; we will confirm whether we can accommodate them and provide a separate quote.
