What does Deep Cleaning include?
Important service boundaries: Interior window glass only; window sills, tracks and frames are not cleaned. Cabinet and drawer interiors are cleaned only if completely empty and only when listed in this service. We do not wash dirty walls or remove wall stains. Your written estimate confirms the agreed tasks and any optional extras.
Deep Cleaning includes the core tasks of Standard Cleaning plus more detailed attention to accessible areas, accumulated dust, and everyday buildup. The checklist below is a guide; your written estimate confirms the rooms, surfaces and tasks included.
Kitchen
- Clean accessible countertops, sink and faucet
- Wipe cabinet and drawer exteriors
- Wipe appliance exteriors
- Detail accessible backsplash and buildup
- Dust reachable edges, trim and baseboards
- Vacuum and mop accessible floors
Bathrooms
- Clean and detail sink, countertop and fixtures
- Clean mirrors, toilet, shower and bathtub surfaces
- Give extra attention to accessible soap scum and ordinary buildup
- Wipe reachable cabinet exteriors and high-touch points
- Detail accessible edges and baseboards
- Clean accessible floors
Bedrooms & Living Areas
- Dust reachable furniture and surfaces
- Clean accessible mirrors
- Detail reachable doors, frames, trim and baseboards
- Wipe accessible switches and high-touch surfaces
- Vacuum and mop accessible floors
Hallways, Stairs & Shared Spaces
- Dust reachable surfaces and railings

- Laundry: wash, dry and fold using available client equipment
- Light tidying or organization of specific agreed areas
Full-home organization, ironing, dry cleaning and extensive handling or sorting of personal belongings are not included.
Common Questions
Does Deep Cleaning include the inside of my oven or refrigerator?
No. Interior appliance cleaning is available as a separately quoted add-on.
Will you wash dishes, do laundry or organize rooms?
Only if requested and included in your written estimate. These are optional extras, not part of the standard Deep Cleaning checklist.
Is every stain or buildup guaranteed to come off?
No. Results depend on the condition and material. Permanent stains, damage, specialty restoration, hazardous materials and pest remediation are outside our standard scope.
Can the estimate change after you arrive?
We base estimates on the information you provide. If the actual condition differs materially, we explain any proposed scope or price adjustment and obtain your approval before proceeding. If we cannot agree, the work does not proceed.
