What’s Included?
Important service boundaries: Interior window glass only; window sills, tracks and frames are not cleaned. Cabinet and drawer interiors are cleaned only if completely empty and only when listed in this service. We do not wash dirty walls or remove wall stains. Your written estimate confirms the agreed tasks and any optional extras.
A detailed cleaning service for vacant properties, tailored to the rooms and tasks confirmed in your estimate. The customer must ensure working electricity and running water throughout the service. Please disclose any remaining furniture, belongings or access restrictions before your estimate.
Kitchen
- Clean and disinfect suitable countertops, sink, faucet and backsplash
- Clean appliances inside and outside, including oven, refrigerator and microwave
- Clean cabinet and drawer exteriors; clean interiors only when completely empty
- Clean reachable light fixtures, ceiling fans, doors, trim and baseboards
- Clean interior window glass only (not sills, tracks or frames)
- Vacuum and mop floors
Bathrooms
- Clean and disinfect toilet, sink, shower, tub, counters and suitable surfaces
- Clean mirrors, faucets, fixtures and interior window glass
- Clean cabinet and drawer exteriors; interiors only when completely empty
- Clean reachable vents, light fixtures, doors, trim and baseboards
- Vacuum and mop floors; remove ordinary trash
Living Areas & Bedrooms
- Dust, clean and disinfect appropriate accessible surfaces
- Clean reachable closet and shelf surfaces, cabinet and drawer exteriors and completely empty interiors
- Clean reachable ceiling fans, light fixtures, doors, frames, trim and baseboards
- Clean interior window glass only (not sills, tracks or frames)
- Wall washing and wall stain removal are not included
- Vacuum and mop floors
Entry, Hallways & Stairs
- Clean and disinfect appropriate accessible surfaces and handrails
- Clean reachable ceiling fans, light fixtures, doors, frames, trim and baseboards
- Wall washing and wall stain removal are not included
- Clean interior window glass only (not sills, tracks or frames)
- Vacuum and mop floors and stairs; remove ordinary trash
What’s Not Automatically Included?
Interior and exterior cleaning of appliances and of completely empty cabinets and drawers, interior window glass, reachable ceiling fans and light fixtures, are included; wall washing and wall stain removal are not included. Not included: repainting, full wall washing, permanent stain removal, heavy adhesive or construction-residue removal, hauling, bulk trash disposal, hazardous waste, or specialty restoration. Any additional work requires a separate quote.
The written estimate determines the final scope. Work is limited to safely accessible areas. Hazardous materials, pest remediation, high-access exterior work and specialty restoration are outside standard service.
Customize Your Cleaning
Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning already includes the inside and outside of appliances and completely empty cabinets, interior window glass, reachable ceiling fans. Wall washing and wall stain removal are not included. Ask us about separately quoted extras such as heavy adhesive removal, extensive specialty restoration, laundry, dishwashing, hauling or work beyond the agreed scope. These are not automatically included.
Before Your Cleaning: Utilities Required
Electricity and running water must be available and working on the scheduled cleaning day. Please ensure the property is accessible and any areas to be cleaned are cleared of belongings. If utilities are unavailable, we may need to reschedule or revise the service.
Common Questions
Do you guarantee a landlord’s security deposit will be returned?
No. We clean the agreed areas professionally, but deposit decisions and property damage assessments are made by the property owner or manager.
What if the property condition differs from the description?
We will explain any necessary scope or price change and request approval before proceeding. If we cannot agree on a revised scope, the service will not proceed.
